It's been one hell of a day.
Woke up at 6 to take an exam, which started at 9 and ended at around 2. Felt damn hungry, so I was heading down to Funan Center, but decided to stop by at Esplanade to see if anyone was there. Turns out there aren't very many bboys sessioning there nowadays, because there will be a new gen of bboys coming up soon. So Saad tells me.
Afterwards, I met with Saad at Somerset and we went to Mustafa. Goddamn, they have everything there. Seriously. I shall go there whenever I need something.
The two of us then head down to Scape, where there was an event to promote the opening of Funk Soul Studio. Or something. Can't quite remember. However, the point is, only today do I realize how well-connected Saad is. He literally knows everyone. Met a lot of his friends, most of which I don't remember the names. But they're good people, very friendly, and they treat you like they've known you for a long time.
Overall, I think it was a good day.
But damn I'm tired.
